You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded or online store coupon code sent to the original order shipping address.

All of Windy City Beards products ship USPS Flat Rate with insurance and tracking. Please contact us if you prefer a different shipping method.
